Artist Bio:

Thomas Garrett is an artist and Portlander who works with mixed media to create 3D wearable sculptures and hand-painted pieces that can be seen across the Pacific Northwest. He takes inspiration from his love of cars, bright colors, paints, and his pitbull Perseus.
